This very cosy and comfortable self catering holiday cottage built in the the 1870’s has 2 bedrooms which comfortably sleeps 3 people and is situated overlooking the stunning and historic Pass of Brander and Loch Awe. The former railway man's cottage offers a warm and welcome retreat for families with children, couples and friends and is a perfect base for touring the beautiful Western highlands and islands, also many activities including hiking, hillwalking, climbing, kayaking and boating, cycling, bird watching, wildlife watching, golfing, angling or if it is all too much then just sit, relax and enjoy the spectacular panorama.

The Cottage has been awarded a 3 star rating by VisitScotland (national tourist board). This means it meets a minimum of a 'very good' standard throughout and is fully equipped and includes:

• 1 double bedroom with kingsize bed overlooking the Loch
• 1 bedroom with single bed with ample room for a travel cot (not provided)..
• Fully equipped kitchen and utility including microwave, larder fridge, electric cooker, chest freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer
• Lounge / dining area with Freeview Tv and DVD playing facilities.
• Clean modern bathroom with shower over bath
• Bed, table and kitchen linen provided. Personal towels provided at extra charge.
• Gas Central Heating plus additional gas fire
• Prices inclusive of electricity and gas
• Small enclosed garden area with decking to the front with a stunning vista over the Pass of Brander and Loch Awe
• Parking for up to 2 cars
